(1) = alege oameni de calitate, nu viermi;

(2) = da-le indicatii clare (responsabilitati, cadru de lucru, politica comerciala – limita de putere);

(3) = premiaza efortul, pedepseste (concediaza) lenea si non-performanta;

(4) = pune-le niste vorbe in gura (conceptualizeaza-ti oferta);

(5) – cel mai important – = controleaza-i, cat poti de des, de la bun inceput, tot timpul (‘ai incredere, dar verifica’).
