  2. am 48 ani si ma cantarii adineauri nu-mi veni sa cred 112kg sapta,mana trecuta aveam 110 Trebuie sa fac ceva sa slabesc am si ceva probleme cu tiroida , o am operata de vreo 14 ani si nu am fost la control deloc am fobie de medici imi notai caloriile la alimentele ce le pot consuma eu. Sunt o buna gospodina dar si o mare gurmanda. Si cei din familia mea la fel de azi ma apuc sa slabesc trebuie ma simt si frt rau pe caldurile astea dau mana cu moartea Numai ca pe canicula n-am sa pot face sport incep intai prin alimentatie si dupa ce se racoreste nitel am sa merg pe jos, am cam 2km pina la locul de munca miscare fac destula si prin gospodarie tinand cont ca stau la casa si am de toate dar asta nu se cheama sport, nu?

Salut!Ma numesc Sergiu si am 19 ani.Acum am in jur de 130 kg la ~1,80m ceea ce este foarte mult pentru varsta si inaltimea mea.M-am apucat de alergat acum vrea 4 saptamani dar dupa prima saptamana am renunta(nu am dat nimic din kg.).Eu am si un aparat de forta multifunctional dar nu prea stiu cat si ce ar trebuii sa fac pentru a slabii sau pentru a transforma grasimea in muschi.Nu ma simt rau si nici nu am probleme de sanatate dar sincer sa fiu arat ca naiba.As vrea daca poti sa ii zici si mie cam ce program(orar) ai folosi.Eu am facut la un moment dat 2 alergari pe saptamana si 2 zile la aparatul de forta.Acum am timp liber deoarece am terminat cu scoala si cu bacu.Daca ma poti informa te rog foarte frumos cu acel orar.Multumesc anticipat!!!

  4. Salut,am 15 ani,47 de kg la 1.57…am vrut sa ma interesez,cam pin la cite calorii am dreptul de a manca in fiecare zi ca sa slabesc???Mersi anticipat

  5. Am 22 de ani si 105 kg as dori daca va rog frumos sa imi recomandati o dieta domnu Catalin. Tin sa precizez ca fac si Sala de Forta 4 zile pe saptamana
